When a cheap moving truck's parking brake fails

My fj40 was where the honda is in the pictures. The honda was one spot up. So the moving truck was parked up the hill moving office junk into it, the truck was almost full then the parking brake cable broke. The truck did have his wheels turned into the curb, but being fully loaded and a heavy vehicle on a steep hill, it rolled over the curb, took out a hand railing by some stairs, angled back across and down the hill, hitting the Honda, the honda jumped(smashed) backwards, hitting my FJ40, my FJ40 dug into the honda, and both vehicles ended up a full parking spot back. There was no vehicle behind my fj40.
